Wall and roof panels use a sandwich panel construction with insulation fill selected to suit the destination climate: EPS (expanded polystyrene), rock wool, or polyurethane (PU) are all available. Flooring is anti-slip, fire-resistant, and waterproof. Sound insulation performance reaches approximately 40–50 dB, and the floor load capacity is approximately 200–300 kg per square metre.

Shanghe offers a turnkey factory pre-installation service covering electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, bathrooms, shower rooms, and air-conditioning units. Units arrive at the project site ready to connect to external utilities, with no major on-site fit-out required.
